Lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this unit. Very clean, well layed out, well stocked, beautiful views, quiet, check in easy. Beds were very comfortable and linens and towels were good quality. While I wish that each bedroom had a King bed, I understand that it wasn’t easy to do so in the front bedroom with the chair, etc. But, the Queen was fine for the couple that stayed in that room. We had 1 minor issue that was resolved by the management company in a very timely manner. The only suggestion that I would make, would be to add a blender, a few more blankets, extra lightbulbs. No big deal so wouldn’t take off on the star rating. We were ready for frozen margaritas but couldn’t find a blender. The starter supply of all the basics was great so there is no great need to stop at the grocery before checking in. There is a bird feeder that is right outside in the courtyard next to the marsh. We saw many birds to add to our list, Northern Parula, Painted Bunting, Yellow Throated Warbler, Grey Catbird, etc. Luxury Amelia was very easy to deal with. Here is one other thought that will show my lack of knowledge possibly of living on the edge of the marsh….the views are great of the marsh from the living room, bedroom and screened porch as long as you are standing up. However, when you sit down (especially a shorter person), the saw palmettos obscure the view somewhat. I am thinking that possibly you are not allowed to trim those back a bit? So, to make this the perfect spot ….if we are going for perfection, would be to add a 3rd bedroom and then sell it to me!
