This unit is just steps from the community pool and boardwalk to the beach. Downstairs patio and upstairs balcony provide breath taking ocean views. Private two car garage leading into the laundry room and kitchen. This unit has a 2 car garage along with a driveway to provide parking for more vehicles. Beach chairs, beach toys and floats are there for your use. New flooring and paint throughout. Full width of unit patio/balcony on 1st and 2nd floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances. There is a half bath located downstairs for convenience. As well as being equipped with premium cable and wifi, there are TV's are located in all bedrooms and living room. Fireplace in the living room has electric fire logs. This unit also has a washer and dryer. There is a half bath is located downstairs as well. Upstairs, the master suite with Queen bed and an in-suite bathroom, which includes a garden tub and a walk in shower. Guest room has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Third guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds and one pullout Twin sofa in this spacious sitting area with full bath. This unit is on the end of a cul de sac which makes for very little travel and safe for the kids.

Downtown is only a 15 minute drive, where you will find our city marina, loads of quaint shops and restaurants and wonderful ice cream and coffee shops.

The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests of this unit can enjoy access to these resort amenities which include: the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, Beach Club bar & grill, lighted tennis courts and access to the beautiful ocean front golf course at the Ritz Carlton (at significant discounts to standard greens fees). Amenity Card fee $112 plus tax.

"Our family loved our stay at Marci's home. Even though we were checking in during the late night hours, she was prompt in her communication. The house was ample space and we loved the ocean front balconies on both levels and for both larger bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we loved having the easy access to the private beach as well as the community pool. Our kids loved collecting the fantastic shells that washed up each day and we even got to see lots of turtles during our visit - a delightful surprise for us all. She was also able to offer some flexibility in check-out time given that we had a late evening flight scheduled back home. All in all Marci was very responsive, hospitable, and we enjoyed our stay at her property.

"This was a great girls get away. We ate, went to the beach, went to the pool, played games on the patio, walked on the beach, slept well on great mattresses and just enjoyed being together in such a beautiful location.

"My wife and I took our 13 month old son and met our best friends and their 2 young boys to Gary and Susan's Beach House for a much needed getaway. The visit was everything we could have asked for! The location is superb and the beach was just what our collective family of 7 wanted with long flat sections that the kiddos could roam safely and the parents could watch and relax. We were able to use several of the facilities at the Ritz Carlton and enjoyed world class cuisine there as well for lunch and dinner! When not at the beach, we walked beautiful paths shaded by old oaks and moss along the main entrance. The full crew took a couple trips to downtown historic Fernandina to get ice cream and fudge and my wife and I were able to escape one night for a romantic dinner date. We would highly recommend this place because of the ease with which it comfortably housed our two families, the excellent location right on the water, close drive/easy walk to the Ritz, proximity to downtown and beaches that are perfect for families! We truly loved the time and made memories that will last forever! We will definitely be coming back!

"This was the perfect family getaway; lots of bedroom space and room for our family to spread out. Location was awesome: very close walking distance to the beach, a two-minute drive down the road to The Ritz, and a short drive to downtown Amelia Island (which we loved). The home was very clean and had tons of toys and games for the kids. It was very easy for us to show up and enjoy! The beach was super clean and the kids absolutely loved it. The entire experience was relaxing and exactly what our family needed. Very thankful we found this place and will definitely plan on coming back!

Amazing Trip

"What a beautiful time this has been for our entire family. I would have to say the highlights were the watching the sunrises with our coffee each morning. The views are amazing here! We spent so much time at the pool and beach and thoroughly enjoyed the beach toys and equipment available for our use. We cooked almost every night and the kitchen had everything we needed! We loved the downtown area and really enjoyed Salty Pelican's for lunch one of the days we got out and about. We can't thank you enough for sharing your place and we will definitely be back!
